GENERAL FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Q: WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

A: Event-specific merchandise will be available to purchase in the merch section of the Holiday Bash website. There will also be merchandise for sale at the festival inside 1106 Woodland Ste. 4 to purchase or pick up your pre-purchased items.

Q: IS THE FESTIVAL FREE?

A: Yes, the festival is free to attend. The Holiday Cocktail Bash is a ticketed event within the free festival on Saturday, December 7th.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET?

A: We love pets. Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Please be mindful of the weather when determining whether you should bring your pet to the event. Additionally, we ask that you clean up after your pet when nature calls.

Please note that the outdoor portion of Holiday Bash is pet friendly. Each individual alley shop within the festival area has their own pet policies.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Portable toilets will be located within the festival grounds. Hand sanitization centers will be located inside each restroom. Handicap restrooms will be available, and all restrooms will be monitored. Restrooms are also available in the Vendor Marketplace located within 1106 Woodland St. Ste. 4.

Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, Food Trucks will be onsite at the festival. We also recommend you visit Pie Town Tacos, Van Gogh’s Wine Bar, I Dream of Weenie, and Bongo East during your visit. For a full list of food vendors, visit eastnashholidaybash.com.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A: No, all outside food and drink are prohibited. Water bottles are allowed.

Q: CAN I BRING ALCOHOL TO THE EVENT?

A: No, outside alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited. Festival drinks will be for sale at the festival bars.

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE EVENT?

A: No. Smoking is not allowed at any event as it may disturb others in attendance.

SECURITY MEASURES

Holiday Bash works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

Please review the allowed and prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process, and email hello@goodneighborfestivals.com if you have questions. 

Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup. 

REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.

HOW TO GET HELP

If you find yourself needing help while at Holiday Bash, here are some places that can assist you:

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
If you or a friend need emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for any festival staff members or anyone with a radio to assist you. Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.

FIRST AID + QUESTIONS + LOST AND FOUND:

A first aid kit will be located at the checkout counter in 1106 Woodland St. Ste. 4.

If you have any questions, find a staff member or anyone with an event radio, we’d be happy to help you to the best of our ability. 

Lost and found items should be brought to the checkout counter at 1106 Woodland St. Ste. 4. We hold items for 14 days after the event.  Contact us at hello@goodneighborfestivals.com

TICKET INFORMATION

Holiday Bash is a free event and no ticket is required to attend the festival.  

There is a ticketed event associated with Holiday Bash that does require a paid ticket- Holiday Cocktail Bash. The information below applies to this event.

Q: IF I DON’T PURCHASE A TICKET ONLINE, CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

A: We encourage purchasing tickets prior to the event. However, tickets will be sold at the event if available.

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the Vivenu website or App.

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

A: Please present your ticket at the check in for contact-free scanning. You may print your tickets out at home before the event or they can be scanned directly from your smartphone at the event. 

Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds.  You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the Vivenu website or App.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:

  • Advertising, selling, or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)

  • Amplified sound systems

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Fireworks

  • Generators

  • Grills or fryers

  • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind

  • Outside alcoholic beverages

  • Outside food

  • Coolers

  • Laser pointers

  • Littering

  • Noisemakers

  • Tents, stand umbrellas, and tarps

  • Use of drones

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Scooters/Bikes

Please be aware that all bags, backpacks, etc., will be subject to search upon entry into the festival.
